Express Shipping Delivery Times
If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day. If not, it may take upto 3 business days.
In-store pickup and local delivery
As we do not currently have a store front we do not offer in-store pickup, however if you live on the Gold Coast or surrounds, please feel free to contact us via Facebook/Instagram/Email and we may be able to organise a pick-up/drop-off arrangement. If this is your preferred option, please message us before confirming your order.
At this current point in time we do not offer international shipping, however this is something we plan to look into for the future. If you are looking to order our products from overseas please contact us via Facebook/Instagram/Email before placing an order and we may be able to sort an arrangement.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the set amount of days listed above, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
